| Our friendly and knowledgeable staff have backgrounds in med / surg, homecare,
veterinary, anesthesia / respiratory and laboratory supply fields. In addition, we also specialize in new office set-ups, as well as new and used equipment sales. Customers’ orders are processed quickly and accurately. We provide next day delivery to most major Alberta cities.
Customers wishing to pick up orders are
asked to place them ahead of time by
phone, fax or email.
Shipments & Returns
We do not have a minimum order requirement! However, shipping charges will be added to orders under $75 within Calgary and Edmonton, and orders under $150 elsewhere in Alberta. We will accept returns of unopened, unmarked inventory items with prior authorization. Special order items may be subject to restocking charges.
Terms
Our terms are typically net 30 days. We also accept Visa and MasterCard for convenience. We encourage comments, suggestions & questions from our customers so that we may serve you better. |
